Reclaimed Railway Sleepers
Due to the rustic nature of these sleepers, they are not individually graded. They will be delivered as they come from the pack, meaning the condition may vary, with some sleepers in better shape than others. These sleepers are ideal for projects with a desired rustic, weathered appearance, such as garden landscaping, veg/plant beds, rustic furniture, or other outdoor structures. The natural imperfections add character and charm, making each piece unique.
They are delivered by our tipper van and tipped off at the nearest hard-standing area available.
Our driver cannot assist with moving due to Health and Safety.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, notify us within 30 days of receipt, and ensure the item is returned unused, in its original packaging.

- Grade A+ are untreated African Azobe Hardwood sleepers. Incredibly hard-wearing and high-quality
- Grade A are treated hardwood railway sleepers - Will have at least 3 straight sides
- Grade B are treated hardwood reclaimed railway sleepers. Many Grade B sleepers are slightly bowed
- Grade C are treated hardwood reclaimed railway sleepers and are of lesser grade than Grade B
- Rustic Grade are treated oak sleepers and primarily solid, though they may exhibit some signs of decay, rounded edges, missing pieces, or irregular shapes.
- For deliveries within Pembrokeshire: Standard delivery is £35. We are unable to provide a day or time for Pembrokeshire deliveries as it will depend on order volume and when a driver is in your area but will deliver within 5 working days
- For deliveries outside of Pembrokeshire: We ship nationwide using a 3rd party haulier, please continue to checkout and cost will be calculated after entering your postcode. A means of mechanical off-loading will need to be on site at time of delivery, if this is not possible, we will need to cancel the order. We will contact you prior to despatch to confirm this/discuss delivery timescale. Please allow up to a week for delivery
Reclaimed genuine railway sleepers. Durable and heavy-duty timber, perfect for gardening and landscaping raised beds and boundaries.
Grade A+ Railway sleepers are Azobe - Grown in the African Tropics, it is one of the hardest and heaviest woods in the world, also known as Iron Wood. The sleepers are untreated making them suitable for all kinds of interior and exterior landscaping uses, including places where treated sleepers would not be suitable such as veg beds, children's play areas or near watercourses
Grade A, B and C & Rustic Grade Railway Sleepers contain creosote and onward use must comply with the 2003 Creosote Legislation.
