We offer a hassle-free 30-day returns policy for all non-bespoke items. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we'll arrange a replacement or discuss compensation.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, notify us within 30 days of receipt, and ensure the item is returned unused, in its original packaging.

- Deliveries within Pembrokeshire: Free shipping! We are unable to provide a day or time as it will depend on order volume and when a driver is in your area but will deliver within 5 working days of the order being completed.
- For deliveries outside of Pembrokeshire: We ship nationwide using a 3rd party haulier, please continue to checkout and cost will be calculated after entering your postcode. A means of mechanical off-loading will need to be on site at time of delivery, if this is not possible, we will need to cancel the order. We will contact you prior to despatch to confirm this/discuss delivery timescale. Please allow up to a week for delivery
Virgin Chip
Produced from locally sourced sustainable virgin logs, high calorific value quality wood chip. Our high-quality gardening woodchip lasts longer than bark mulch and therefore offers significantly better value for money.
Made up of both softwood and hardwood, includes the whole tree including bark and leaves (can have more green in it during summer because of the leaves)
Virgin Softwood Shred
Produced from locally sourced sustainable virgin softwood logs, shredded rather than chipped it gives a longer thin type product which is softer and springy.
Chip size - from approximately 10mm - 100mm shreds (see pictures)
