Nice barrel, quickly despatched , good service

I ordered a whisky barrel water butt and two timber risers. The barrel was delivered as scheduled but no risers. I emailed the Info@ address and received a reply within 5 minutes apologising and confirming the risers would be sent out immediately. They fuly arrived the next day. When we came to install the barrel the tap pointed upwards when it was tight. I emailed again for advice and again received a very quick and useful response. The barrel is now installed and looks great. A very positive experience.

Exactly what I ordered 2x barrels with tap . Have one a sand paint and wax then filled it up with a little saw dust as instructed. Not one leak and that is during a heat wave very pleased and would recommend Celtic timber.

Our oak window sill arrived well wrapped and in good time. I opted to oil it myself and that was really simple to do. It looks fabulous in place!

My whisky barrel arrived quickly and the delivery service was excellent. The barrel is exactly as described and looks stunning on the front wall of our very old stone built cottage. The quality of the barrel and the tap is excellent as are the raiser blocks fir it to stand on. I would definitely buy from Celtic timber again and cannot recommend them enough.

I purchased the puncheon, delivery was stress free & efficient, I contacted customer services & they were very helpful. It’s big but actually easy to move but we did have to remove a gate & construct a ramp.. It has already transformed my summer. I am absolutely delighted with it. I’m 5’5” so the beautiful oak stool I bought with it wasn’t quite high enough to use so it’s now a really useful indoor table. I use a set of steps to get in & out of the barrel. It is perfect.

Very good delivery, chaps phoned earlier in the day and just before arrival to confirm their arrival time. They carried the barrel all the way down our drive to where we wanted it, which I'm sure they didn't have to, but I was incredibly grateful.
Barrel looks gorgeous, I'd ordered the pretreatment and it looks just like the picture. It smells of wine!! Why hadn't I thought of that? Delicious. It didn't leak when I filled it with water. I've only had it a week so I have yet to discover how long my garden will enjoy being watered with a delicate french vintage smell :-)

Ordered with a half whiskey barrel I’ve turned into a pond, very very useful and effective for plugging small holes!

Love the celtic barrel butt even tho it’s by my door it fits lovely and looks lovely might buy stools to go with it , the family keep admiring the butt we all love it .

Beautiful log holder that really looks the part next to a rustic fireplace. Solid build and practical and a bonus being reasonable price.
