We offer a hassle-free 30-day returns policy for all non-bespoke items. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we'll arrange a replacement or discuss compensation.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, notify us within 30 days of receipt, and ensure the item is returned unused, in its original packaging.
Please note, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damage or error on our part.

Please note – Standard delivery is £35 and to Pembrokeshire only. We are unable to provide a day or time as it will depend on order volume and when a driver is in your area but will deliver within 7 working days of ordering.
For deliveries outside of Pembrokeshire - Postage price calculated at checkout. Pallet deliveries will need to unload either with a suitable forklift or by hand on delivery.
