We offer a hassle-free 30-day returns policy for all non-bespoke items. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we'll arrange a replacement or discuss compensation.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, notify us within 30 days of receipt, and ensure the item is returned unused, in its original packaging.

- Ideal for dividing walls, garden steps, building flower beds, planters etc
- Depending on stock levels and amount ordered these may need to be cut to order which may carry a 2-3 week lead time
- For deliveries within Pembrokeshire: Standard delivery is £35. We are unable to provide a day or time for Pembrokeshire deliveries as it will depend on order volume and when a driver is in your area but will deliver within 5 working days.
- For deliveries outside of Pembrokeshire: We ship nationwide using a 3rd party haulier, please continue to checkout and cost will be calculated after entering your postcode. A means of mechanical off-loading will need to be on site at time of delivery, if this is not possible, we will need to cancel the order. We will contact you prior to despatch to confirm this/discuss delivery timescale. Please allow up to a week for delivery
Freshly cut larch/douglas fir railway sleepers. Untreated, allowing you to choose your method of treating.
May contain sapwood/one rounded edge or pinholes. This timber is a natural product so may move, twist or crack if not strapped or held in place.
