Refurbished to order – Current turnaround approx. 1-2 weeks.
These barrels are recommended for interior use – if being used outside,
we recommend that they are oiled with Fiddes High Build Exterior Wood Protective Oil.
- Solid oak wine barrels with Steel bands (pinned to ensure structural strength)
- Popular for beer garden tables or decoration for your home or in bars/pubs.
- We cannot guarantee these to be watertight, if you are looking for a watertight barrel for brewing/distilling, please see our bespoke listing - https://www.celtictimber.co.uk/product/reused-barrels-for-ageing-distilling/
- Optional Engraving: Any images need to be in JPEG/JPG format and work in pure black and white. The software that we use for engraving is unable to process colours or shades. The images can be sent in colour but darker colours will be converted to black and lighter colours to white. Available on lid only (300mm width max)
- Deliveries within Pembrokeshire: Standard delivery is £20. We are unable to provide a day or time as it will depend on order volume and when a driver is in your area but will deliver within 5 working days of the order being completed
- Deliveries outside of Pembrokeshire: We ship nationwide using 3rd party companies, please continue to checkout and cost will be calculated after entering your postcode.
For smaller, more manageable orders, for example up to 2 barrels smaller than 120 Gallon, we will ship using a courier. Please allow up to a week for delivery upon completion.
For orders made up of more than 3 barrels smaller than 120 Gallon or any number of barrels 120 Gallon in size, we will ship a palletized delivery via haulier, a pallet truck will be on the vehicle to deliver onto drive etc.

Our reclaimed used oak wine barrels are newly emptied and imported from Spain, France and Portugal from genuine vineyards.
Please ensure that you are ordering the right size (dimensions are in the description below) as the cost of return of barrels will be £130
Most of the wine barrels are between 5-10 years old and have been built and designed by professional coopers. Using traditional coopering techniques, solid oak for the staves and galvanised steel bands, these oak wine barrels are used to store and age some of Europe's best red wines.
Due to the fine craftsmanship, materials and care put into the wine barrels, they are guaranteed to last years, making them perfect for use as tables for pubs/restaurants, barrel furniture, water butts, dog beds, and much more. They are also now available as refurbished wine barrels using our onsite barrel sander (Refurbished to order so please see lead times given)

We are able to laser engrave a message, image or logo on to the barrel end of Grade A or Grade B barrels (30cm width max - please message for more info).
Please note that these are reclaimed, used barrels and therefore there will be marks from transport, possible surface cracks in the wood and weathering to accompany the barrel's character and red wine scent.
