We offer a hassle-free 30-day returns policy for all non-bespoke items. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we'll arrange a replacement or discuss compensation.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, notify us within 30 days of receipt, and ensure the item is returned unused, in its original packaging.

- Brand new barrels made from the finest quality chestnut wood

- Available with personalised text or logo engraving. All engraving will be on the barrel end
- Chestnut produces a natural, beautiful coloured barrel which is perfect for storage but we cannot guarantee them to be water-tight
- Engraving - Any images need to be in JPEG/JPG format and work in pure black and white. The software that we use for engraving is unable to process colours or shades. The images can be sent in colour but darker colours will be converted to black and lighter colours to white.
- Deliveries within Pembrokeshire: Free shipping! We are unable to provide a day or time as it will depend on order volume and when a driver is in your area but will deliver within 5 working days of the order being completed.
- Deliveries outside of Pembrokeshire: We ship nationwide using 3rd party companies, please continue to checkout and cost will be calculated after entering your postcode.
For smaller, more manageable orders, for example up to 2 barrels smaller than 120 Gallon, we will ship using a courier. Please allow up to a week for delivery upon completion.
For orders made up of more than 3 barrels smaller than 120 Gallon or any number of barrels 120 Gallon in size, we will ship a palletized delivery via haulier, a pallet truck will be on the vehicle to deliver onto drive etc.

Celtic Timbers' brand new chestnut barrels use two types of fine wood to create the storage barrel or decoration barrel. These hard-wearing, traditional chestnut barrels have been handcrafted in Europe by skilled craftsmen using standard coopering methods.
