We offer a hassle-free 30-day returns policy for all non-bespoke items. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we'll arrange a replacement or discuss compensation.

- Deliveries within Pembrokeshire: Free shipping! We are unable to provide a day or time as it will depend on order volume and when a driver is in your area but will deliver within 5 working days of the order being completed.
- Deliveries outside of Pembrokeshire: We ship nationwide using 3rd party companies, please continue to checkout and cost will be calculated after entering your postcode. For smaller, more manageable orders we will ship using a courier. Please allow up to a week for delivery upon completion. For larger orders we will ship a palletized delivery via haulier, in this case Multiple people would need to be on hand at time of delivery to handball off vehicle, if this is not possible, we will need to cancel the order. We will contact you prior to despatch to confirm this/discuss delivery timescale.

Each table crafted from joined 6" x 3" solid oak beams, is made by hand to order and is therefore completely unique, can be supplied oiled or left as is.
Oak is a natural product and therefore each individual piece will be different in appearance and will vary slightly in colour and grain. Our character grade beams which we use to construct our coffee tables may well already contain knots, surface cracks, pinholes and waney edges and cracks would be expected to develop further once they acclimatise to a new environment after purchase. Although our beams are air-dried, it also is not unusual for the oak to develop further shrinkage and movement as it continues to dry and adjust to your property’s temperature.
