We offer a hassle-free 30-day returns policy for all non-bespoke items. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we'll arrange a replacement or discuss compensation.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, notify us within 30 days of receipt, and ensure the item is returned unused, in its original packaging.

- Deliveries within Pembrokeshire: Standard delivery is £15. We are unable to provide a day or time as it will depend on order volume and when a driver is in your area but will deliver within 5 working days of the order being completed.
· Deliveries outside of Pembrokeshire: We ship nationwide using 3rd party companies, please continue to checkout and cost will be calculated after entering your postcode. For smaller, more manageable orders, for example up to 4 planters smaller than 60 Gallon or up to 2 planters 60 gallon in size we will ship using a courier. Please allow up to a week for delivery upon completion.
For orders made up of more than 4 planters smaller than 60 gallon or more than 2 planters 60 gallon in size we will ship a palletized delivery via haulier, a pallet truck will be on the vehicle to deliver onto drive etc.

We stock the UK's largest supply of used wine barrels. They are generally between 5-10 years old and have been crafted by expert keepers using the highest quality quarter-sawn oak and galvanised steel bands.
The strength of these barrels means that, even after they are no longer suitable for ageing wine, they are still perfect the be cut into oak wine barrel planters.
Depending on the current stock we have in, planters may have galvanised silver steel bands or they may be painted black, they also may have the red band across the belly of the barrel as per some photos in the gallery. Please message us before ordering if you have any queries regarding this.

Please note, larger orders of multiple barrels may be delivered on a pallet via haulier. This may require multiple people to help unload or somewhere safe for the barrel(s) to be left, kerbside/on accessible drive only. The haulier will not be expected to position the barrels in a particular place (around back of house or through a passageway etc).
Please note that these are reclaimed, used barrels and therefore there will be marks from transport, possible surface cracks in the wood and weathering to accompany the barrel's character and red wine scent.
If you have any questions about this, please message us first before ordering. If we have to redeliver the pallet, a charge of £50 will be passed on to the customer. If you are only able to receive delivery on a specific weekday, please state in the order notes of the checkout.
